1 General Terms & Conditions

9999bat is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 9999bat and its users. By using the platform, you agree to all terms set out in this agreement.

2 Account Register

• Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Once registration is complete, 9999bat will send a confirmation message. No financial transactions can be made until the account is activated. These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as the account is activated.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on 9999bat and participate in any betting activity. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 9999bat may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and for eligible accounts.

6 Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled, all staked funds will be refunded.

• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If any leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 9999bat. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Placing bets involving match fixing, corrupt betting, or the use of insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

9999bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
• Please ensure all active bets and pending withdrawals are settled before submitting an account closure request.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be recoverable.
• Once an account is closed, registering a new account using the same email address or phone number is strictly prohibited.
